As we all know, the Chinese language belongs to the ideographic language. Therefore,foreign students who study Chinese should know Chinese people prefer the free translation in the aspect of the introduction of the loanwords. Many words have experienced the process of development and evolution from the transliteration to the free translation. When you study Chinese, you may learn that the free translated terms are harmonious with the form of Chinese language. Therefore,they are easy to learn, understand and memorize the loanwords. If you have learned Chinese language in Chinese language program in China for a long time, you may feel that the Chinese words mode does not allow us to memorize the polysyllabic words that against the Chinese mode. Therefore, the long words of transliteration are changed into words of free translation.
